About this role

The clinical insights and performance lead will support the measurement and evaluation of provider performance, clinical outcomes, and value-based care initiatives. This role is responsible for developing analyses, maintaining reporting and scorecards, and generating actionable insights that support performance improvement and strategic decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional partners across clinical, provider relations, network, finance, and analytic teams, the Senior Advisor will support provider experience initiatives, clinical performance metrics, and affordability measurement through accurate reporting, thoughtful analysis, and timely delivery of insights.…
