Strategic Equity Solutions Advisory, Analyst/Associate

Role/Team Overview Citi’s Strategic Equity Solutions (“SES”) Advisory business partners with leading alternative asset managers to develop and execute strategic capital and liquidity solutions across the private markets ecosystem. Working with sponsors across private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate, the Advisory team originates, structures and executes a broad range of transactions, including continuation vehicles, preferred equity investments and other bespoke strategic capital solutions. We are seeking an experienced Analyst or Associate to join our Advisory team.
