The UI/UX Designer creates excellent end-user interactions and overall experience for those users navigating our data-dense web-based applications and websites. The UI/UX Designer seeks to improve the user experience by suggesting interactions that are simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling. They collaborate with teams and individuals across a wide variety of departments as needed: Development Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external clients. Responsibilities: Deep knowledge of design tools. Creates standard usability testing plans and executes.
