Manager Business Finance -COE

Job Description Serves as the primary India Finance COE partner to the Business Finance function and provides decision support to the VP of Business Finance and Business Finance partners. Partners closely with the Group Consolidations team, Barcelona Finance COE, Corporate FP&A, and IT. The role requires a highly collaborative leader with strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the confidence to influence action across a complex global operations environment. The individual should be able to act as an insight engine for Business Finance and lead a team of analysts responsible for connecting the dots across financial, operational, and commercial performance; turning data into clear recommendations; and helping Business Finance leaders focus on the few actions that matter most.…
