Job Description Overview The Senior Instructional Designer, Global Operations Technical Learning, supports the Global Operations organization in the identification, development, and release of impactful learning solutions to support Global Operations and the Quality Management System (QMS). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Training Content Development Responsible for the creation of Capability/Competency Maps for key roles within Global Operations Leverages eLearning tools in the development of innovative training solutions for key Global Operations ’ initiatives including, but not limited to, the Annual Quality Training, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and other GxP , regulatory and technical priorities.…
