Job Description Primary Duties Operations and Technical Support Prepares skills lab environments, including supplies, equipment, and technology Prepares and operates simulation technologies including high fidelity mannequins, task trainers, standardized patients, audiovisual systems, and related software Provides real-time support, including troubleshooting technical issues, during live simulation and skills lab sessions to facilitate student learning Supports audio and video recording, live-streaming, and playback for instructional and debriefing purposes Provides operational guidance to users in simulation and lab spaces Assists with faculty orientation to lab spaces Performs routine cleaning and maintenance on lab equipment Scheduling & Communication Schedules simulation and skills lab…
