DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (to identify, attract, and retain key employees)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.) and non-technical positions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Admin, etc.)
Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation…
