SUMMARY The Laboratory Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory analyses. This position requires active participation in routine laboratory tasks and adherence to quality and safety protocols. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform laboratory analyses independently after training. Conduct routine maintenance checks and calibrate laboratory instruments. Carry out sampling in compliance with established procedures. Assess the accuracy and reasonableness of analysis results, ensuring customer interests are safeguarded while maintaining laboratory quality standards. Adhere to quality assurance protocols and safety regulations set by Saybolt and the Port of Gothenburg.…
