Job Summary: Summary Renders nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff, RNs and LPNs, and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports and promotes the mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry. Practices according to the ANA guidelines of care as adopted by the Nursing Division. Adheres to the Nurse Practice Act of NH. Performs various patient care activities and related services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Documents all care provided to the patient in the Electronic Health Record. Such as Vital Signs, Intake, Output, Mobility, pain, and skin abnormalities.…
