About this role

ReconCraft is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing shop team Clackamas, Oregon. This position supports daily shop operations by assisting with material handling, shop cleanup, basic production tasks, equipment support, and general labor duties as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Assist with general shop tasks, production support, and material movement. Maintain shop cleanliness by daily sweeping/cleaning general shop areas Cleaning exterior and interior of boats for general maintenance and final delivery.
