Job Description: Computer Services, Inc. (CSI), through its Hawthorn River solution, is seeking a Loan Conversion Specialist to support loan origination software implementations, data conversions, and technical troubleshooting. This position will work primarily behind the scenes, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure loan data is accurately mapped, validated, transformed, and loaded into the Hawthorn River platform. This is a technical, data-focused role rather than a software engineering or traditional project management position. The ideal candidate will combine knowledge of loan origination processes with hands-on experience using SQL, reviewing structured data files, analyzing system logs, troubleshooting configurations, and documenting findings.…
