Job Title Financial Analyst Job Description Summary Responsible for the financial management of the client's asset portfolio, fulfilling the financial obligations according to the terms of the Property Management agreement. Job Description Essential Job Duties: Perform all lease administration/ financial duties, including AP/AR and accruals. Assist the Financial Controller in monthly and quarterly closings by timely and accurately providing comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with client requirements.
