Resolve customer complaints and initiate corrective action. Develop supplier relationships in partnership with Sourcing Department. Develop/implement/update process procedures. Assist in Identifying cost reductions/value analysis for improvement of processes, products and methods. Works in cooperation with the mechanical/industrial engineer in conducting quality audits and capability studies to monitor, control and improve the manufacturing process.
