Position Summary The Multi-Site HR Manager provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership across multiple CVG manufacturing locations, serving as the primary HR point of contact and liaison for assigned plants. This role leads a team of HR professionals — including an HR Manager, Sr. HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and hourly support staff — while partnering closely with Plant Managers, plant leadership teams, and Directors of Operations to align HR strategy with production and business priorities. The Multi-Site HR Manager acts as the connective tissue between the plants, Talent Acquisition, and other corporate HR functions, ensuring consistent, compliant, and responsive HR support across all sites of responsibility.…
