About this role

Responsibilities / Tasks Service Sales Responsible for service sales budget and gross margin achievement Maintain machine installed databases. Follow up on spare parts & service quotations. Manage overall SLA service planning together with Team Leader and Service Support Coordinator. Actively promote SLA and renewal for expiry SLA. Monitor and follow up on account receivable. Plan regular visits to customer site and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Review customer needs and proactively add value to strengthen service package. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned territory.
