Your Tasks: Erarbeiten innovativer Rohstofflösungen für die Klebstoffformulierung Recherchieren und Ausarbeiten neuer Synthesestrategien Durchführen von Synthesen und Prüfen neuer Rohstoffe mittels moderner physikalisch-chemischer Methoden sowie diverser thermischer Analysemethoden Unterstützen bei der Überführung der chemischen Synthese in den technischen Maßstab Beobachten des Rohstoffmarktes und Pflege des Rohstoffportfolios Personalverantwortung für einen oder mehrere Laborassistenten (w/m/d) Your Skills: Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Chemie (Diplom, Master oder Bachelor mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung) mit Schwerpunkt organischer Synthesechemie oder Polymerchemie erfolgreich abgeschlossen Bevorzugt bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Bereich Flow Chemistry mit Sie besitzen eine hervorragen…
