Your Tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the DELO LLC President and Sales Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of presentations Process and manage expense reports using SAP Concur ; handle special projects as assigned Plan, organize, and follow up on sales meetings, trade shows, seminars, and conferences Serve as the first point of contact for incoming communications (phone, email, mail), delivering exceptional customer service at all times Facilitate effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration with international teams Create, manage, and maintain documents and data using tools such as Jira , Confluence , and other internal platforms Monitor US regulatory compliance requirements and report findings to German headquarters…
