Membership Operations Associate

Job Description A bit about this role: The Membership Operations team makes sure that every Devoted member's enrollment, billing, and payment information is accurate from the day they join us. We work closely with CMS, state Medicaid agencies, and partners across the company to keep member data clean and reconciled across our national Medicare Advantage plan. As an Associate on this team, you'll own day-to-day operational work across enrollment, billing, and Medicare/Medicaid reconciliation, exercising your own judgment within established procedures to hit clear accuracy and timeliness goals.
