About the Role We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Producer / Video Editor to take end-to-end ownership of podcast and video production. You will lead the creative process from guest research and recording preparation through multi-camera editing, short-form content creation, written assets, publishing, and performance reporting. As the lead producer, primary video editor, and final quality gatekeeper, you will be responsible for delivering polished, engaging content across YouTube, podcast platforms, social media, and the client website.
