HSE Lead Petrodec | Amsterdam Area (On-site) Role Purpose As HSE Lead, you are the operational lead for Health, Safety and Environment within Petrodec and act as the deputy to the QHSE Manager. You play a key role in strengthening Petrodec’s safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards, and supporting safe offshore operations across all projects and activities. The HSE Lead acts as the second-in-command within the QHSE department, taking ownership of HSE coordination, operational & project support, incident management, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
