HSE Supervision & Site Monitoring Conduct regular site visits to monitor and supervise all HSE aspects of contractors’ activities. Ensure contractors comply with contractual HSE requirements and company standards. Verify that all employees follow internal group HSE policies and procedures. Identify risks, non-compliance issues, and implement corrective actions. HSE Awareness & Training Plan, organize, and lead HSE awareness days and campaigns for all employees. Deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization. Occupational Health Management Ensure proper follow-up and compliance with mandatory medical examinations for all employees.…
