About the Job The Senior Toolpusher is a key operational leader responsible for supervising drilling operations and associated activities to ensure execution in accordance with the approved well program. This role oversees drilling personnel, equipment, and operational performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and well control. Working closely with the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), Rig Manager, Client Representatives, and third-party service providers, the Senior Toolpusher ensures drilling activities are conducted safely, productively, and in compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.…
