About this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to deliver exemplary and friendly customer service to all guests while prioritizing the safety of guests as they enjoy the pool area. This involves vigilant observation of guests in the pool, executing designated rescue procedures when necessary, and upholding safety measures in accordance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. ROLE EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure the safety of guests by providing constant visual surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas, promptly identifying and responding to potential safety or emergency situations.
