Job Description: 项目背景 服务于知名平板电脑产品线 IMU（惯性测量单元）与激光合规功能的校准系统从原型验证到量产交付。负责测试站软硬件集成、校准算法对接、试产（Dry-run）→EVT/DVT→PVT 全流程支持、代工厂（CM）培训与良率提升。 岗位职责 1. 参与 IMU / 加速度 / 力 / 压力 / 声学等传感器校准站的需求定义、软件架构设计与开发（C/C++/Lua/Objective-C）。 2. 基于 Atlas 测试平台进行序列迭代、Overlay 覆盖层开发及 GCAT 构建环境维护。 3. 驻厂支持：试产与量产期间负责站别状态日报、Radar（Bug 单）闭环、制程变更落地（如奈奎斯特采样实施）。 4. 参与仪器规格评审、参考机验证、FMEA 分析、校准密钥（Calibration Key）定义与审计配合。 5. 使用 Python/MATLAB/JMP 进行产线数据拉取、良率桥接、复测分析与优化提案。 6. 高频跨国协作：与 DRI、治具 DRI、OpsTE 及 CM 工程师进行日常站会、代码 Peer Review 与 PR 评审（全英文沟通）。 7. 编写 ERS/测试流程文档，培训 CM 操作员，完成向 Ops 团队的交接。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上，机电/自动化/测控/计算机相关专业；5 年以上硬件测试或产线自动化开发经验。 2. 编程语言：C/C++ 必备，Lua 或 Objective-C 至少其一熟练；具备多线程硬件接口编程经验。 3. 熟悉传感器（IMU/加速度/力/声学）、DSP 基础、控制系统概念；机器人/机电一体化背景优先。 4. 熟练使用 Python/MATLAB/JMP 进行数据分析和可视化。 5. 英语口语流利：需频繁参与跨国视频会议，能够无障碍进行技术讨论、问题排查与方案评审。 6.…
