As the Principal Platform Architect for ServiceNow, you own the architecture and standards for the platform. This is the most senior technical role on the platform and the resident expert the team, product, and business all go to for the hard calls. You lead to how we design solutions, workflows, and integrations; you make sure we build the right thing the right way, and you bring AI into the platform where it genuinely improves the outcome.
