Job Description: Salary : $45,000 Essential Functions : · Develop and maintain relationships with new, existing, and prospective employers throughout the service area. · Conduct individualized assessments to identify participants' employment, family, educational, and personal development needs. · Assist with participant enrollment and ensure all required documentation and assessments are completed accurately and in a timely manner. · Build professional one-on-one relationships with participants to identify and reduce barriers to employment and self-sufficiency. · Provide ongoing case management, follow-up, coaching, and retention services. · Initiate reemployment strategies for participants who experience job loss to minimize employment gaps and maintain program engagement.…
