Job Description: Title: Peer Liaison Classification: Non-Exempt Wage: 19.07/hour Scope of Position : Enhance engagement and provide overall support to peers participating in the PA CareerLink workforce services available through the Bartram Choice Neighborhoods Initiative. Responsibilities Build and develop relationships through ongoing meetings with participants Attend CNI People team and resident council meetings as appropriate Utilize learned techniques to deliver customer-focused and customer driven goal planning Meet with Community Workforce Connector twice a week to discuss customer engagement best practices and those actively in services Engage customers both on-site and through email/phone/text to sign them up for PA CareerLink workshops, resume support, and job matching.…
