Ready to help new customers fall in love with our platform from day one? As an Onboarding Specialist at Effectory, you play a key role in ensuring our customers are set up for long-term success. You will guide new customers through the onboarding process of our employee feedback platform, making sure their first experience is smooth, engaging, and impactful. With your structured approach, technical understanding, and customer-centric mindset, you lay the foundation for lasting customer relationships and product adoption. You will become part of our Onboarding team and collaborate closely with colleagues from Customer Success, Product, and Tech.
