GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for procuring services, supplies, materials, and software in support of Energy Northwest’s Energy Services and Development division. The role may also support responses to solicitations and the development and administration of revenue contracts, including those associated with grant funding. The Procurement Specialist III is expected to perform independently, with minimal supervisory involvement in complex actions and issues, to support Energy Northwest’s objectives for cost competitiveness, material condition, public confidence and stewardship through procurement practices that conform to the Revised Code of Washington, Executive Board Resolutions, company policies and procedures, and prudent business practices.…
