Job Description Reporting to the Director of Care, the Assistant Director of care (ADOC) is a highly skilled leader who contributes to Extendicare’s purpose of Helping People Live Better by supporting and leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to all residents.
