Job Description: This position requires an outgoing professional to proactively encourage payments from our valued customers through outbound collection calls. In addition, the Senior Collections Specialist is responsible for collections metrics and reporting status to management, particularly the company’s top 100 customers list. Must diligently monitor collections process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and serve as a lead to develop and improve process documentation.
