About this role
As Director, Global HR Business Partner - Quality, you will serve as the strategic HR partner to the EVP Global Quality and their leadership team, shaping the organization behind the reliability of the medical technology that clinicians and patients depend on. You will help Quality strengthen regulatory expertise, leadership and culture, bringing an independent point of view on how expertise-driven organizations should be built and the credibility to advocate it at executive level. Reporting directly to the Vice President Global HR MedTech, you will be a key member of the MedTech HR Leadership Team and help define the standards and ways of working for dedicated global HR business partnering across MedTech.…
