Als Senior Manager Real Estate Governance (m/w/d) gestalten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung des globalen Group Real Estate Managements der Fresenius Gruppe maßgeblich mit. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für globale Governance-Initiativen und entwickeln das internationale Target Operating Model kontinuierlich weiter. Dabei etablieren und steuern Sie gruppenweite Richtlinien, Standards und Prozesse, schaffen die Voraussetzungen für eine hohe Portfolio- und Datentransparenz und treiben zentrale Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsinitiativen innerhalb der globalen Real-Estate-Organisation voran.
