About this role

As a Product Consultant for our ERP, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our high-growth e-commerce and retail brands operate seamlessly on Fulfil's modern AI integrated ERP platform. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the critical bridge between our engineering team and our end customers. You'll dive deep into live operational issues, performing thorough root cause analyses (RCA) by diving deep into the product and leveraging AI for advanced troubleshooting. Beyond reactive problem-solving, you will proactively identify customer pain points, design and document sustainable solutions, and collaborate intensely with cross-functional teams at Fulfil to implement improvements.…
