Job Responsibilities The Painter is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of all property and equipment within their specialty. Essential Duties/Core Competencies Ability to paint, stain, varnish, strip, and sand any and all surfaces as well as install wallpaper. Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal and government controls. Demonstrate and provides outstanding customer and employee relations at all times. Present oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Work/Educational Experience Must be at least 18 years old and have the ability to obtain the appropriate license pursuant to the applicable statute, rules and regulations.…
