Job Responsibilities The Surveillance Operator is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting all activity on property to protect property assets, guests and employees; and for maintaining close surveillance of all gaming and cash-handling areas. Essential Duties / Core Competencies Monitor activities of guests and employees on the casino floor, cage, change booths and count rooms via closed-circuit television (CCTV) system and personal observation, for criminal activities and/or violations of regulations, policies and procedures, or internal controls.
