About the Role As Facilities Shift Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, safety, and performance of essential infrastructure within a flagship data centre. Operating within a 24/7 environment, you will ensure that all building systems and critical assets are functioning optimally during your shift, supporting continuous uptime and service delivery. You will be responsible for executing operational protocols, monitoring system performance, and responding to incidents in line with compliance and governance standards.
