Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading new client implementations of the Globalli platform from project kickoff through successful go-live. This role serves as the primary project manager and client point of contact, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The Implementation Manager partners closely with clients and cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Benefits, Customer Success, and local payroll partners to coordinate all aspects of implementation.
