Job Description: ROLE SUMMARY The Claims Agent plays an essential role in Greenix’s internal claims department by managing the daily handling of property, auto, and workers’ compensation claims. This position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and sound judgment when evaluating documentation, assessing liability, and coordinating resolutions. Claims Agents serve as the first point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and insurance partners, ensuring every claim is documented, investigated, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
