Job Description: Job Summary: Greenix is looking for an Engineering Team Lead to own our ecommerce and web platform and to set technical direction for a small, high-leverage development team. You'll be hands-on — architecting, building, and maintaining the ecomm/web platform yourself — while also directing the work of a junior engineer focused on backend and data projects and coordinating with an external contractor building our AI/agent enablement tools (MCP servers, agent workflows). This is a working technical lead role: most of your week is still spent writing code and solving problems directly, but you're also the person who decides what the team works on next and reviews how it gets built.…
