Day (United States of America) Epic Analyst - ClinDoc & Stork EDUCATION: A bachelor’s degree is preferred. EXPERIENCE: Clinical operations experience Epic end-user or application support experience Experience supporting clinical applications or healthcare environments. Epic certification is preferred. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the main support contact for the application's end-users, addressing and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve issues impacting application performance and user experience.
