Site Manager (Housing/Residential) - North Oxfordshire - Up to £55,000 per annum We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a quality focused residential developer that specialises in building high quality housing on bespoke, rural locations. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen as our client looks to strengthen their outstanding build department. Description You will deliver a 41 unit site made up of two, three and four bedroom, niche houses for private sale from inception to handover. As the Number One Site Manager you will oversee all activities on this busy construction site, maintaining relationships with all sub-contractors, ensuring build-targets are met and ensuring works are carried out to an exceptional quality.…
