Expert Systems Engineer Location: Remote – USA Travel: Up to 20% Key Responsibilities Manage, monitor, maintain, and support infrastructure and application environments. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, databases, and applications. Partner with Operations on patches, updates, antivirus, maintenance, and system health. Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and support capacity planning and optimization. Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence. Ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards and required peer/stakeholder reviews are completed.
