Role Overview
- We’re looking for a passionate and proactive AI Solutions Manager to join our growing team at Hatch. You’ll be responsible for delivering AI agents end to end -from discovery and configuration through launch and iteration- helping customers succeed on Hatch’s AI platform.
- You’ll work closely with high-value customers and internal teams to translate complex requirements into clear agent behaviors, workflows, and configurations, ensuring what we ship actually solves real problems. This role is hands-on: you’ll be deeply involved in agent setup, testing, tuning, and launch readiness, while feeding concrete learnings back into Product.
