About this role
This non-exempt employee will assist attorneys in accomplishing clients’ goals by using organizational, analytical and communication skills. In this role, the employee is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys as they serve clients in business formations, contract matters, as well as the preparation of subscription documents, AML/KYC processes, investor intake and due diligence, securities filings and other business law related issues. As an Investment Management Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys, working closely with clients, and handling various legal tasks related to investment management matters.…
