About this role
We are currently looking for a Project Lead to support the delivery of HBK’s key transformation initiatives focused on evolving the organisation towards a clearer, more accountable and commercially effective operating model. The role will sit within the HBK People team and report directly to a senior HR leadership member, working as part of a small team supporting transformational , value - creating projects across the organisation. The Project Lead will be responsible for translating design principles into practical organisation design, governance, decision rights, accountabilities and ways of working . Working closely with senior leaders , the role will help ensure that design decisions are robust, aligned and implementable across HBK.…
