About this role

JOB OVERVIEW: This role supports the ownership of service delivery performance for the Record-to-Report (R2R) tower for a set of entities within a defined geography (e.g., North America, EMEA, or APAC). The Associate Regional Process Leader is accountable for execution of global process standards set by the Global Process Leader (GPL), ensuring high-quality, consistent, and efficient delivery across outsourced and retained operations.
