About this role
Your mission Familiarize with Alarm, Access control & Video intercom, SaaS product, and assist in completing new product testing tasks. Assist technical engineers in project testing, setup, and demonstration, and write test reports. Assist customers in resolving technical issues with products, including hardware and software installation, debugging, and troubleshooting. Assist in writing and organizing internal materials (translation, technical documents, solution specifications, etc.). Requirement WO/HBO Bachelor’s or Master’s student. No limitation on majors, but engineer related background has priority. Fluent in English and Chinese, especially writing and speaking. Full time intern is preferred.…
