Chapter Lead IT – Analytics & KYC A day in the life of the Chapter Lead As a Chapter Lead, you combine people leadership with end‑to‑end delivery responsibility . You are accountable for the successful delivery of KYC processes across multiple KYC and customer journeys. You collaborate closely with Product Leads, IT Integrators, Solution Architects and Lead Engineers within the squads. You operate in a modern technology landscape including Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Pega, Oracle SQL and front‑end Web Components . You lead a chapter covering approximately engineers of 7 squads .
