The IMF Resident Representative Office for Jordan, based in Amman is looking for a highly qualified Economist to join its team preferably starting on August 1, 2026 . The position is offered as a one-year local contractual appointment, with the possibility of renewal for successive terms of up to three years, subject to continued need and satisfactory performance. Candidates must be nationals of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan or be able to independently obtain a valid work permit before starting employment with the Fund.
